New Home Photography

Watson & Cox Homes specialise in small, high end developments, typically in villages around Northamptonshire. What makes them different is their sympathetic construction methods, their attention to detail and their high end finish - often combining character with technology. Watson & Cox invited Seven Seconds to photograph their last remaining 4 properties on the site of 7, ready to market on Rightmove. We provided over 100 high resolution images of all properties using professional dslr camera equipment, lighting and editing techniques. This particular development by Watson & Cox Homes was a mixture of Grade 2 Listed barn conversions and new built homes in Mears Ashby, Northamptonshire.

Watson & Cox Homes are now well underway with their second development of grade 2 listed barn conversions in Mears Ashby, Northamptonshire.

They had professional equipment and worked fast and efficiently around tradesmen to get the photographs on time. We submitted the properties to Rightmove and various other sights and all 4 properties were sold, at asking price, within the week. Barn Number 5 sent Rightmoves figures off the scale, with this property achieving far more views than any other within 100mile radius, 10x more in fact. The barn sold on day 2 at full asking price. We wanted to make an impression online and that’s exactly what these photographs allowed us to do.
